Helldivers 2’s Next Warbond Arrives April 11, Bringing Explosive New Weapons

Sony and Arrowhead Game Studios have revealed that Helldivers 2 is set to receive its latest Premium Warbond on April 11. Dubbed Democratic Detonation, this next installment focuses on destructive weaponry, following the electrifying theme of its predecessor. Gamers can look forward to a trio of new primary weapons including the BR-14 Adjudicator Rifle, an assault rifle that can penetrate armor; the CB-9 Exploding Crossbow, which launches volatile bolts; and the R-36 Eruptor Rifle that shoots jet-propelled rounds dispersing lethal shrapnel upon impact, posing a threat even to the user.
Moreover, the Warbond introduces fresh secondary armaments such as the fiery G-123 Thermite Grenade and the precision GP-31 Grenade Pistol. Additional rewards feature an Expert Extraction Pilot Booster to expedite shuttle landing times, three distinct armor sets categorized into Light, Medium, and Heavy, alongside three new capes and a series of emotes for further personalization.
In other updates, Helldivers 2 has recently integrated formidable Automaton adversaries challenging players further, and a significant patch that extends the level cap to 150. This update also included new environmental challenges like sandstorms and blizzards, enriching the planetary landscapes. Furthermore, an assortment of new Strategems has been introduced, continuously expanding the tactical options available to players.
